One of the world’s biggest superyachts has arrived in Weymouth Bay….meet Dilbar!
Measuring 156m in length with a beam of 24m and a draught of 6m, this Cayman Island registered vessel belongs to Russian billionaire Alisher Usmanov. With a gross tonnage of 15,917 she has a cruising speed of 18 knots and a maximum speed of 22.5 knots.
Built over four years by Lürssen, and going into service in 2016, Dilbar is estimated to be worth around $650million.
She comes with not one, but two helipads, an Airbus H175 helicopter and a 25m swimming pool. With 60 cabins she can accommodate 36 guests and 84 crew members.
